The ‘Shogun’ Table Lamp by Mario Botta is derived from the famous Memphis Milano design movement, but also inspired, in part, by the armour and helmets of Japanese samurais. (The term ‘Shogun’ means ‘general’ in ancient Japan.) It is a playful display of lines and contrasts. Its black and white striped base leading to an adjustable perforated shade, diffuses light across the room. In perfect working order and includes its original tag.
