All purchases are eligible for local Toronto pickup.
Any purchases larger than “smalls” (ie: tabletop and accessories which will be noted in the product description) will need to be picked up from our showroom or will require a custom shipping quote, that we will be happy to provide you with before completing a purchase. We require the complete shipping address accompanied by a telephone number.
Due to the variety of products, materials and sizes, we strongly recommend getting a shipping quote before completing your purchase of any item that does not qualify for free shipping.
We ship via various couriers depending on the country of destination and delivery type requested (curb side, white glove etc). All items are shipped from our showroom in Toronto with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.

All items are shipped within 7 business days of receiving payment. Please note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside of Canada and as such, your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The consignee is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
All purchases are available for pickup at no charge from our Toronto showroom, located at 53 Judson Street in Etobicoke. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and set up an appointment to pick up from our showroom.

Local shipping quotes include door-to-door delivery and can either be curb side or white glove which includes set-up in your home. Note that the area must be clear prior to your order arriving and our team is not able to assist with moving anything that wasn’t purchased from Bonne Choice. When the item(s) should be lifted on a different level, proper communication is needed before the item(s) are shipped out so we can plan accordingly. Any required accommodations can increase the shipping cost.
For deliveries outside of the GTA we recommend that your purchase is protected in case of damage. We highly recommend adding insurance to your shipment and can provide a quote for you if required. If the item arrives damaged due to transport, it must be photographed on delivery and e-mailed to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. All original wrapping must be retained for the process to be completed successfully.
order cancellation and changes
As soon as an order is received, we prepare it for shipping. Within 6 hours of receiving your order, we can accommodate changes to your order. We ask that you immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and if your order has not been processed for shipment, we can work to terminate the order or conduct alteration requests whenever possible.
