Released in 2020, the PEERS coffee table draws from the heritage Gebrüder Thonet Vienna has spent generations refining. Designed for Gebrüder Thonet Vienna by the Swedish studio Front, the table offers a nod to the historic Austrian company's iconic bentwood tradition; expressed through a circular wooden ring connecting it's legs, it makes reference to the curved forms that have long defined the brand’s design language. A colourful laminate top and solid hardwood rim keep the piece bold, graphic, and fresh.

Front’s work is guided by curiosity and a habit of questioning how everyday objects are formed. Known for turning process into narrative, the studio treats design as an ongoing experiment.
