Named after Gerda Henning, an icon of Danish weaving, Skagerak’s new Gerda collection is inspired by her iconic chequered tablecloth, which includes references to the many magical summer nights spent outdoors in Denmark. The colours of the table are soft and tuned to come into their own in the delicate intensity of Nordic summer light. The table is lightweight, allowing ease of movement around a garden or terrace, whilst its minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic brings a subtle styling to any environment.
