Cream by Ettore Sottsass is a mysterious object: a cryptic podium raised on a coloured base, cut by two lateral openings. The presence of the double base is emphasized by the colours red and yellow, supporting the white cube of the table. The horizontal crevice can act as an open compartment or as a “handle” for moving the unit, while the top offers a versatile surface.
