A very well-dressed trolley or a coffee table?

Designed by Gae Aulenti for Fontana Arte in the 1980s, the Tavolo Con Ruote coffee table puts its structure proudly on display. A substantial glass top rests over industrial wheels, turning the mechanics of movement into the defining feature of the design.

One corner has a small chipped area, consistent with age and use.
