Broccoli is a fruit stand – named not for fruit but for a vegetable – designed by Marco Zanini in ceramic material painted by hand. The unusual form of the object is based on the staggered overlay of three geometric parts: the red square placed on the blue circular base supports the white bowl.

Marco Zanini graduated in Architecture at the University of Florence in 1976 and completed his studies in the United States. 1977 marked the start of his collaboration with Ettore Sottsass in Milan.
