Born in Munich in 1971, Richard Schur studied under Jerry Zeniuk at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich before joining its faculty. Today, his work is held in prominent collections including Pinakothek der Moderne, the Guangdong Museum of Art, and the Agnes Gund Collection.
